Job Summary
We are actively hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide quality patient care at a collaborative hospital facility in the Lima, Ohio area. This role is ideal for compassionate, licensed professionals who are looking to make an impact while working in a fast-paced and supportive healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with physicians’ care plans
- Administer medications and monitor patient progress
- Educate patients and families on care procedures and discharge planning
- Ensure adherence to safety and compliance protocols (HIPAA, OSHA, etc.)
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes
Must-Have Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a clinical setting
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
- Ability to work legally in the United States
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of hospital experience
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems
- ACLS certification
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
