(Visa Sponsorship & Global Talent Placement)
What You’ll Do:
✅ Recruit and onboard international candidates, particularly from Mexico and Latin America
✅ Coordinate travel logistics, visa documentation, and pre-arrival onboarding
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with both employers and workers
✅ Support workers during their first 90 days (airport pickup, housing check-ins, local orientation, etc.)
✅ Collaborate with immigration attorneys and government agencies to ensure full compliance with visa requirements
What You Bring:
🌎 2+ years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or international hiring
🌎 Familiarity with visa programs like H-2A, H-2B, or TN is a major plus
🌎 Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
🌎 Strong communication skills and the ability to work across cultures
🌎 A passion for helping people and solving real-world workforce challenges
